Rimonim Art Gallery was founded by Rick Rofe in 2010. In May 2017, Rimonim relocated to Ironside “piazza,” gateway to the new Miami Upper Eastside Arts District. We have now two exhibition rooms plus a third one, dedicated exclusively to digital art videos viewing.
Rimonim is committed to showing artworks that deserve to be seen, unique concepts able to engage the viewer, to confront them with ideas, thoughts, and emotions. Our emphasis is on the aesthetic and the message.
Rimonim Art Gallery represents a group of American and International contemporary artists who question the purpose, value, and role of the creative spirit in our ever-changing world. Rimonim’s artists are not commercially biased and are frequently shown in prestigious non-profit venues like the Venice, Havana, Rio or London Biennials.
Aware of the gender discrimination still present in art, Rimonim compromises to maintain a balance among our artists, based only on the quality of their work.
Rimonim have been presenting a carefully curated program of 6-8 solo and group exhibitions annually. The recent expansion of the gallery from one to three exhibition rooms will allow for a significant increase in the opportunities to show the work of our artists.
The gallery has participated in a variety of national and international art fairs, like Zona Maco, Shanghai Contemporary, Pulse Mimi, Art Windows or Art Revolution Taipei.
